Corps de texte

Artificial intelligence (AI) is now centric to the firm’s organizational design, especially due to the dominance of platforms. Platformization naturally has an impact on the competences of firms and their related ecosystems.

In liaison with the on-going research program carried out by the RITM and the European chair of intangibles, the work of the postdoctoral fellow, which is part of a broader reflection on artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging competences, aims in particular to contribute to a foresight and simulation effort of the competences /skills to be developed by companies, due to the current and expected expansion of the scope of application of AI.

More specifically, the objective of the proposed research aims to participate and deploy a set of analytical instruments, intended to better appreciate the impact of AI on organizational and individual skills (cognitive skills, human skills, interactive skills, social abilities).
