CentraleSupélec is a public institution of a scientific, cultural and professional nature (EPSCP) constituted as a Grand Établissement, under the joint supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation and the Ministry of the Economy, Industry and the Digital Economy. On January 1, 2015, CentraleSupélec officially came into being, definitively uniting École Centrale Paris and Supélec, two leading French engineering schools that have been steadily increasing their collaboration and joint achievements in their fields of activity since 2009: initial training, continuing education and research.
